Drumgrange Purchase of Raven Research Ltd

Drumgrange is pleased to announce that is has purchased the assets of Raven Research Ltd., a unique RF engineering design and production company which specialised in developing custom RF products for the defence and security industries. 

Under the terms of the purchase, Drumgrange have, in addition to the business name and trading style 'Raven Research', acquired all Intellectual Property (IP) owned by the Company.

Over the past decade Drumgrange have utilised Raven Research products in their Communication Simulation Training System, ComSim.

This acquisition provides Drumgrange with complementary technologies which will broaden its existing product portfolio and in so doing support its strategy for future growth.
