Serapis Framework

May 2020

Drumgrange is pleased to announce its participation in the Government’s SERAPIS Framework for Lots 3 and 4.

The SERAPIS Framework Agreement has been created to allow DSTL access to diverse expertise across the industrial supply chain, particularly focussing on Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) companies, Non-Traditional Defence Suppliers (NTDS) and Academia. The objective of the framework is to develop new and innovative capabilities within C4ISR, Space Systems, Synthetic Environment and Simulation technologies, overseen to become operational in a timely and efficient manner.

The Framework Agreement is divided into six capability ‘lots’ managed by different Prime Contractors. Drumgrange has successfully been accepted into QinetiQ’s Lots 3 and 4:

Lot 3
will oversee the development, testing and evaluation of novel command control (C2) systems to help improve decision making, including the human and autonomous (machine) system elements.

Lot 4
will engage with the development of C4ISR Communications and Networks, helping to advance technology and capabilities for both the military & civilian communication systems. It will include the development of police, technology and architectural options for the provision of Information Management and Exploitation (IM/IX).
